The VBRC is established on 8th October 2017 in Port Vila under the responsibility of VCCI. The VBRC Executive Committee will be composed of up to eleven (11) members who are nominated by the members of VBRC.
The functions of the VBRC will include:
· Establishing the VBRC and its Secretariat as a standing committee of the VCCI;
· Creating and managing a contact database of members and associate members;
· Developing a VBRC organisational structure.
The VBRC is a registered Charity incorporated in 2020 with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission. It is a standing sub committee of the Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce who provides its secretariat services
