HUMAN RESOURCES AND IN-KIND SUPPORT

All Executive Committee members are volunteers and do not receive financial compensation. The VCCI and government provide in-kind support (e.g. secondment of staff, use of facilities, administrative support). Development partners provide technical support (e.g. GIZ’s Climate Change Finance Readiness for the Pacific, GGGI as Implementing Entity for GCF Readiness Project). Donor project-specific funding (e.g. USAID Climate Ready, GCF Readiness Project) provides for hiring project staff, procuring external technical assistance/consultants, and implementation of activities aimed at strengthening the resilience of local private sector businesses.
